我的神啊，我的心在我裏面憂悶，所以我從約旦地，從黑門嶺，從米薩山記念你。 6 Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. My （42:5,6 A few Hebrew manuscripts, Septuagint and Syriac; most Hebrew manuscripts （praise him for his saving help.） soul is downcast within me; therefore I will remember you from the land of the Jordan, the heights of Hermon--from Mount Mizar.
