「所以，耶和華論亞述王如此說：『他必不得來到這城，也不在這裏射箭，不得拿盾牌到城前，也不築壘攻城。 32 「Therefore this is what the LORD says concerning the king of Assyria: 「He will not enter this city or shoot an arrow here. He will not come before it with shield or build a siege ramp against it.

當夜，耶和華的使者出去，在亞述營中殺了十八萬五千人。清早有人起來，一看，都是死屍了。 35 That night the angel of the LORD went out and put to death a hundred and eighty-five thousand men in the Assyrian camp. When the people got up the next morning--there were all the dead bodies!
